APR 27 to 30; Another
month gone by and the purchase of a new vehicle
We
had rain this morning (Monday) but the sun came out in the afternoon and it got
much warmer. Tuesday, after work, Val
had a dinner meet at Boston Pizza where most of the “young and I do mean young”
employees where having a gathering. Val was
very happy enjoying herself and trying to fit in of which she did a decent
job. Anyway, after dinner (dutch) one of
the manager handed out certificates and Val won the “Best Lobby Maid” and a
small gift. It was all good fun! Wednesday was payday for me so after work, I
deposited my cheque. I was home by 3:30
pm and beat Val who got off at 4 pm. When
I got home I called Verizon to once again cancel my contract which actually
ended in March but they are still sending me bills. Hopefully they got the message after all
this. Thursday was my usual transport day
and a full load it was. I was home by 4
pm. We had a quiet evening and tomorrow,
I head for Kamloops to my nose specialist appointment.
