About Me

Lee Creek, North Shuswap near Chase, B.C, Canada
We went full-time Rving in October of 2005! We retired from full time to part-time as of the end of 2015. Our present "small but comfortable" Wagon is a 2008 Camper trailer(TravelAir Rustler), pulled by a 2008 Dodge Dakota, 4X4.l. Our home is now a Gated Community Park, in Oliver, British-Columbia, Canada. I retired in 2005 and my Life Companion, Valerie, retired October 1, 2006 from nursing. We invite you to follow and share our new adventures and mishaps. Life is but an adventure full of dreams yet to be fulfilled!

June 6 to 11, 2007

RAIN, RAIN and More RAIN! That's been the last 5 days!!! I am so glad we don't live here anymore. I had an appointment for a tune-up on the truck but it was cancelled at the last minute. The guy was backlogged and couldn't do it. I did however, have a lube & oil change and a wheel alignment. Found out that I needed new wheel bearing and because it is sealed, they had to change the whole thing which, needless to say, cost a fortune. Also got 4 new tires. The others hardly had any treads left.

Sunday evening, the kids came over for dinner and a campfire. We had a good time. Hayley and her friend even got to go for a swim.
Today the truck is in the garage getting the transmission repaired (warranty) as the reverse needs adjustment. Hope to be out of here by tomorrow at the latest as it is our last free day.

Tonight, the kids are coming over again for a chili cook-out. Vanessa who worked Sunday, will also be attending.

Hope to be out of here by tomorrow
